The SMI Process


1. Contact SMI Representative
SMI Overview and walk through
Begin Program Course

2. 2-3hr Kick-Off Meeting focusing on one Business Goal and one Personal Goal. (For ages under 18, focus is placed on personal and academic goals)

3. 10 Weeks of one-on-one/group partnership in person/web conference coaching.

4. Consistent Weekly Web Conference once a week available to expedite learning. (This is a discussion-based call with positive reinforcement)

5. Lifetime support and relationship with SMI.
